  • Eligibility for Refunds: Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Certain items, such as customized products or those marked as final sale, are not eligible for returns or refunds.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support to receive a return authorization. Once approved, items should be shipped back to our provided return address.
  • Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Exchanges: If you received a damaged or defective item, we will replace it free of charge. Please contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the product.
